**1. Introduction**
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Green Pedal Express ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to these Terms and Conditions.

**2. Services**
Green Pedal Express provides pickup and delivery services for small to medium-sized parcels using (cargo) bikes within Amsterdam and surrounding areas. Specific service details, including pricing and delivery times, will be provided at the time of booking.

**3. Client Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including pickup and delivery addresses, contact information, and parcel details.
- Responsible for ensuring that the parcels are properly packaged and labellel.
- Inform us of any special handling requirements or restrictions related to the parcels.

**4. Pricing and Payment**
- Prices for our services will be quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change.
- All prices include 21% VAT
- Payment must be made in full prior to the delivery of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Accepted payment methods at this time are: ideal payment, bank transfer, cash ( exact amount only )

**5. Cancellation and Rescheduling**
- Prebooked pick ups cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

**6. Liability**
- Green Pedal Express is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic delays, or mechanical failures.

**7. Insurance**
- Clients are encouraged to obtain insurance for valuable items. Green Pedal Express does not provide insurance for parcels unless specifically agreed upon.

**8. Privacy Policy**
- We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

**9. Governing Law**
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Amsterdam.

**10. Amendments**
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Visitors and clients will be notified of any significant changes.
